A. Important

Before you order, please note that shipping is at buyer's risk. Due to the 
perishable nature of the plants involved, we cannot refund or replace plants lost 
in transit. Excessive delay or rough handling or temperature extremes can be fatal. 
We suspend shipping of gesneriads and begonias during the summer months.

B. Shipping Season

April I-November 1 unless otherwise indicated and as weather permits.

C. Pot Sizes

Cacti and succulents are shipped bare-root, usually taken from  2.5 in. pots. 
Gesneriads, begonias and other houseplants are growing in soil-less mix in 2.5 in. 
pots, except for miniature sinningias.

D. Substitutions

Quantities of most plants are limited. Please list substitutes. Failure to do so 
can cause delays in shipment or the return of the order if plants will not be 
available within a short time. We try to ship with in a month of receiving the 
orders, as time, weather and availability of the plants permit.

E. Shipping Charges - US

   United States Shipping via Priority Mail 
     Minimum Order: 
       $15.00 for plants 
     Minimum Shipping: 
       $12.00 for 1-10 plants 
       11 plants and up at $1.00/plant

F. Shipping Charges - FOREIGN

   Foreign Shipping via Global Priority or Global Express Mail.
     Minimum Order:
       $50.00, payable in US currency drawn on an American Bank.

G. Phytosanitary certificates

Fees at current rates. No Foreign Shipping of Plants on CITES (cacti, orchids, 
euphorbias, some succulent plants. It is the customer's responsibility to notify 
us of any special instructions or restrictions.

H. Sales Tax

Ct. residents must add current sales tax. (6%)
